About the Event
Fresh Rock Oysters from the South Coast will be matched to the 2016 Gold-Medal Riesling from McKellar Ridge Winery.
C Seafood & Oyster Bar will serve a trio of oysters with different flavours and texture to complement the Riesling:
- Riesling Mignonette
- Riesling Granita
Brian and Janet Johnston from McKellar Ridge Winery will be on hand to discuss the special Riesling and how it was made.
The cost is $20 per person.
