About the Event
With the 2018 harvest done and dusted, we are delighted to invite you to our next Sunday Sounds afternoon!
We will be celebrating the release of our 2018 Canberra District Riesling with a stunning autumn-inspired organic chicken cassoulet, prepared by Chef Kurt Neumann and the team from GRAZING. Musician, and Bungendore local, Dan Gillis, will be performing a laid-back selection of rock, folk and acoustic tunes throughout the afternoon.

Confit of organic chicken Maryland, cassoulet, Toulouse sausage and picada with crisp salad and dill crème dressing.
There will also be limited dessert and cheese options to purchase on the day. The ticket price includes one glass of wine per person. Additional wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
Please note, these Cork St. Cellar events do not replace the annual wine club member lunches and dinners.
