Enjoy a Taste of the Region Long Lunch, to be held at the Memorial Hall in Yass, NSW. The cost is $120 per head with shared platters matched to Yass district wines.
On arrival – Mallaluka Chardonnay/Pinot Sparkling 2010
Charcuterie selection – meats, pates and terrines from Andrew Dodds of Thyme to Taste with Le Barre Olive Oil and Seed Dukkah with Clementine sourdough served with Long Rail Gully Pinot Gris 2016.
Rolled and Roasted Hilltops Organic Chicken with seasonal vegetables prepared by Adam Bantock from Clementine. Served with Yarrh Riesling 2015.
Yass Valley Lamb Done Two Ways with seasonal vegetables prepared by Ben Weiss from Ewe ‘N Me. Served with Dog Trap Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 and Ellenvale Shiraz 2014.
Cheese and Chocolate selection with cheeses from Thyme to Taste and Robyn Rowe chocolates.
