Meet the winemakers (and of course sample the wines) from some of the Canberra District’s finest wineries – Gallagher Wines, Lark Hill Biodynamic Wines, Collector Wines, Capital Wines, Clonakilla and Mount Majura Vineyard, while dining at one of Australia’s hottest restaurants, Aubergine. Matched with chef Ben Willis’s creative and locally sourced menu, this will be a night to remember.
