About the Event
Our next Sunday Sounds event brings the wine focus to our range of Shiraz, matched to a soul-warming dish prepared by Chef Kurt Neumann and the team at Grazing. From the bright and generous Squires Shiraz, to the regional favourite Estate Shiraz, or our newly released flagship, the stunning 2017 Marksman’s Shiraz, there is a wine for everyone!
Returning to provide some sweet tunes is Canberra local, Tori Chard.
Here’s a peek at the menu!*
Braised beef rib, fried Jerusalem artichoke with truffle mayonnaise dressing, potato dumpling and braising liquor.
There will also be dessert and cheese options to purchase on the day. The ticket price includes one glass of wine per person. Additional wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
Please note, these Cork St. Cellar events do not replace the annual wine club member lunches and dinners.
