Join Winemaker Alex McKay from Collector Wines on Friday, 21 February, from 6:30 pm for a special evening at Flui restaurant.

Enjoy a seven-course meal with expertly paired wines, featuring dishes such as:

  • Oyster, yuzu granita, finger lime, lemon balm
  • Seared scallop, ponzu & butter
  • Smoked beef tongue, guindilla, vermouth
  • Grilled eggplant, brown rice miso, puffed grain
  • Charred kingfish collar, red Thai curry, rainforest lime
  • Charcoal-grilled lamb shoulder, Aji Verde
  • Shredded cabbage, tomato, spice, aromatic oil
  • Rum baba, matcha ice cream

$135 per person (includes food and paired wines).
