About the Event
Join Norton Road Wines as we celebrate Canberra wine week with a long lunch. Biggie’s BBQ will be smoking up a storm with their delicious smoked pork ribs which will be paired with Enotria red wines, including their award winning Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc. Frank from Enotria will be on hand to explain the wines and wine making techniques.
The concept of Norton Road Wine’s Reds & Rib Day is a very relaxed long lunch with ample red wines and ample ribs. Canapes and cheese will also served. Note: this is not a degustation menu so no matched wines per se but the meals provided by Biggie’s BBQ are always generous and this day is all about generosity over a relaxed lunch.
