The night includes:
A night of cheese from Bodalla Dairy complimented with a selection of wines from Collector Wines with your option of main course from Pialligo Estate. Finish the night with Bodalla’s ice-cream and more cheese!
Learn from the makers themselves. The night will be hosted by Sandra McCuaig from Bodalla Dairy who will discuss the process and insights into the flavours of the famous Bodalla cheese and ice-cream. Collector Wines winemaker Alex McKay will discuss the successes of the vineyard’s vintages as you taste them.
