About the Event
In a small, cosy cafe tucked away in the heart of North Lyneham, two culinary geniuses come together to create amazing flavours and textures with fresh, in season produce.
Chefs, Josh and Brett, both have a world of experience in top class restaurants and orchestrate a symphony of flavours. Dionysus Winery is teaming up with the pair to create a food and wine experience that builds on their ability to show off their individual styles whilst intertwining seasonal produce and matching wines from Dionysus Winery.

Canapes (served with 2022 Reserve Riesling)
Cured Salmon – House cured salmon, beetroot, asparagus and basil oil (served with 2023 Chardonnay & 2023 Marsanne Roussanne)
Confit pork belly – Confit pork belly, broad bean puree, sticky pork jus and charred pickled onion. Served with garlic roasted Kipfler potatoes for the table. (served with 2022 Pinot Noir & 2021 Shiraz)
Poached Quince w Meringue – Vanilla Poached quince, Java long pepper meringue and quince curd.(served with museum release May Riesling)
