About the Event
You will feast on an array of tempting Middle Eastern dishes, such as Wood Fired Flat bread with dips, Zucchini Kabbak, Dolmades, Moroccan Vegetable and Chick Pea Stew, Lebanese Spiced Beef and Lamb Meatballs (try it with the 2015 Pinot Noir), Preserved Lemon Chicken with our own preserved lemons (think crisp & fruity 2016 Chardonnay), Fattouche and Tabouli, Whole Orange Cake with Cardamom ice-cream and White Wine Poached Pear with Rose ice-cream.
With the odd warmer evening upon us, a crisp, chilled 2018 Rose also goes down well with this menu. Work it all off with some traditional belly dancing, if you’re game.
