About the Event
This month, we celebrate the return of our much loved SPARKLING SHIRAZ!
Sparkling Shiraz is uniquely Australian, and offers an amazingly different way to enjoy this classic grape variety.
Our Sparkling Shiraz is a wonderfully balanced red, produced from Canberra District Shiraz. We are pairing the wine with an Asian-inspired plate prepared by Kurt Neumann and the team from GRAZING. Music is courtesy of our local Gundaroo muso’s, Whisky Straits; a Jazz & Blues duo.
Here’s a peek at the menu!*
Grazing’s Grilled tiger prawn with Vietnamese coleslaw, apple soy, crisp pork belly, and a side of rice.
The dish will be served alongside our 2017 SPARKLING SHIRAZ.
There will also be dessert and cheese options to purchase on the day. The ticket price includes one glass of wine per person. Additional wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
