As winemaker and chocolatier they’ll guide you through a ninety minute workshop where you’ll discover how the acids, sweetness and flavours of the wines interact with the fats, sugars and flavours of chocolate. You’ll get to try six wines perfectly matched with a selection of our delicious chocolates, and even take home a box of six chocolates to enjoy later.
