Clementine is an elegant and vibrant regional restaurant in Yass NSW. Set in the dining room of a 1950’s weather board cottage with a large deck overlooking the striking Lovatt Chapel and a warming fireplace for winter dining . The restaurant is owned and run by husband and wife team Adam Bantock and Brooke Sainsbery.
The food is generous, refined and European influenced and the all local wine list celebrates the talent of the Canberra Region. The menu is local where possible and changes weekly to take advantage of best possible seasonal produce.
Clementine received a 1 Hat award in the 2018 Good Food Guide and was included in the Delicious Magazine’s top 100 restaurants in Australia in 2017.
