When Art and Wine Collide – A look at the launch of Canberra Wine Week

ambush 2

We’re doing something a little different this year for the launch of Canberra Wine Week, we’re connecting the arts and wine, always a classic pairing, don’t you think?

With two events on the 20th March, the VIP Meet the Maker in aMBUSH Gallery and the Market Tasting event in the Cultural Centre of Kambri Precinct, art and wine fuses together to make your Saturday a truly immersive experience in the center of Canberra
Kick your day off with Music in the Greens – from 12 til 2pm, local DJ’s play their sets while you chill out on the grass and enjoy noodle bowls from the funky hole-in-the-wall venues of Joplin Lane, or burgers from Badger and Co then head in to the tasting event from 3 til 6pm.
Taste over 60 wines from 12 wineries, enjoy the cube artwork on display in the Lobby, head into the Courtyard with a bottle of wine, a gourmet cheese and charcuterie box and your friends and afterwards, up the grand stairs to check out the newest exhibition, Don’t Shoot the Messenger by former Canberra artist Luke Cornish – ELK

Head to our website events page and grab your tickets now 🍷https://www.canberrawines.com.au/…/canberra-wine-week…/
