The Poachers Restaurant dining experience is all about good food, good wine and great company, all in a beautiful countryside venue. Led by Executive Chef Adam Wilson, the menu focusses on share-style dishes centred around seasonality, with our on-site Kitchen Garden to inspire a produce-led approach ranging from small plates to shared mains through to dessert. We encourage you to linger over long lunches, and embrace the slower pace of the countryside with us.
Our wine grower Will grew up at Poachers and his passion has always been the vineyard & farm. Over the last decade, Will has implemented organic practices and modern growing techniques to ensure that the vineyard is one of the best in the Canberra District. Poachers Vineyard produces exceptional fruit on-site and works alongside local wine makers across Canberra district and throughout NSW. Poachers Vineyard wines are available for tasting in our Cellar Door.
