The George Bar and Dining is Bungendore’s premier food and drink venue offering modern Australian craft food and cuisine just 25 minutes drive from Canberra.

Located in the heart of Gibraltar Street. The restaurant provides a warm, relaxed welcoming environment with 120 covers inside along with an extensive beer garden with outdoor dining.

Causal seating is also available on their comfortable chesterfield couches and chairs located around the large open fire place if you are looking for a cosy drink over the cooler months.

The menu changes seasonally to enable them to work with the best produce available. The meat is carefully sourced from a supplier in the Southern Tablelands of NSW and is grass fed as well as being free from antibiotics and growth hormones.

In addition to the great food on offer, The George Bar and Dining offers the largest selection of Canberra district wine in the area. All carefully selected by their restaurant manager and sommelier.

Coupled with the amazing local wine selection they also offer a wide and ever evolving selection of Australian craft beer both on tap and packaged.
