Four Pillars Gin meets Shaw Estate for one extraordinary evening in Murrumbateman.
Founded by wine industry veterans in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, Four Pillars creates gins that celebrate local ingredients – from their famous Bloody Shiraz to special barrel-aged releases and ‘Made from Gin’ food products.
Join brand ambassador Sam Hulston for welcome drinks, a guided tasting, and a three-course dinner pairing dishes to thoughtfully crafted Four Pillars cocktails and a glass of the Canberra region’s iconic cool climate Shiraz.
To make it easy to enjoy a great night out, Shaw Estate also have a transport option for guests, where you can take a bus from Hotel Realm for an additional $35pp.
