Contentious Character have launched their 2015- 2017 range of wines to the trade for the first time at Casino Canberra’s Natural Nine restaurant where truffles, courtesy of Blue Frog Truffles, were shaved on a Chicken and Prawn Dumpling to kick the evening off, and paired with their 2015 Pinot Gris……the Dumpling was then followed by a range of six wines all paired to chinese canapés…..to find out more contact Contentious Character.
