Settle in at Gundog Estate’s Cork Street Cellar for a richly satisfying Stomp Festival experience—where bold flavours and benchmark Shiraz come together in perfect harmony.

In collaboration with our award-winning neighbours – Grazing Restaurant – this event centres around a classic Braised Beef and Gundog Shiraz pie, served alongside Pommes Duchess and a fresh fennel, pear and rocket salad. A dish of depth, warmth and unmistakable regional character.

Alongside the food, enjoy a Limited Release wine tasting, culminating in a special mini-vertical of our flagship Canberra District red—the Marksman’s Shiraz. Featuring the acclaimed 2015, 2019 and 2023 vintages, this is a rare opportunity to explore how season, site and time shape one of our most celebrated wines.
