About the Event

Collector Wines are teaming up with newly opened KOTO Dining to launch the highly anticipated Tiger Tiger Chardonnay 2022 and Reserve Shiraz 2019, alongside some museum vintages of these wines.

Join the team from Collector Wines in the National Rose Garden for canapés and a glass of the brand-new Jim’s Picnic Riesling 2023 before sitting down to a sublime menu prepared by Chef Shinya Nakano, whose talents were honed in Kyoto with a fifth-generation sushi master, later inspiring awe at Nobu and Kisume restaurants in Melbourne.
