About the Event

Escape the winter chill and settle in beside the fire at our Gundaroo cellar door for this year’s Fireside Festival. Across three weekends — Fridays to Sundays, 24 July to 9 August — we’re pouring our way through the best of the Gundog range, anchored by an exclusive fireside tasting of our 2023 limited release reds.

Leading the trio is the Marksman’s Shiraz. This a stunning expression of Canberra District terroir, showcasing depth, complexity, and elegance. Alongside it, the Flintlock Shiraz brings power and structure, layered with dark berries, cola and warm pepper spice, while the Rare Game rounds things out with its signature elegance — a medium-bodied red built for the long haul, revealing ever greater complexity with age.

Pair your tasting with something warming from our seasonally themed lunch menu, prepared by our neighbours at Grazing Restaurant — the perfect complement to a slow afternoon by the fire.
