About the Event
Join us for an evening of delicious food and wine featuring L’Air du Wombat Truffles (Oallen) cooked by the Chubby Cat Café (Tarago).
As part of the Canberra Wine Association Fireside Festival, we are proud to present our first Truffle Dinner!
Price includes welcome drink and three course truffle dinner paired with Corang Estate Wines.
Paired wines can be purchased by the glass or bottle.

Creamy mushroom pasta with shaved truffle

Slow cooked lamb shoulder & truffle polenta
paired with Le Rouge (Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot)
Cheese:
Baked truffle brie with truffle honey
paired with Vintage Fortified (Port)
Unfortunately on this occasion we are unable to cater to dietary requirements as it is a fixed menu. Apologies for any inconvenience.
