Sapling Yard launch their 2023 wines at the Canberra Wines Fireside Festival collaboration with Capitol Bar and Grill on Saturday 22nd July 6.30 to 9pm.

Let Chef Michael tantalise your taste buds with the freshest of seafoods and meats that pair perfectly with our wines, all touched with a lick of fire. A night of premium products, in one of the hottest restaurants in town.
Not only do you get to hang out with Carla and Malcolm, but you may just get to try the very first of our 2023 vintage wines, not yet released! One lucky ticket winner will also take home our yet to be released 2023 Fiori.
