Join our local winemakers and take an in-depth look at the Canberra District’s Riesling.

Explore the complexity driven by differing levels of residual sugar, acidity and the skill of our winemakers as you learn how Canberra’s unique terroir and growing conditions influence our winemaking to produce complex and elegant Rieslings.

From bone-dry and crisp, to lusciously sweet, the variety of resiling produced is sure to surprise and delight your palate. This masterclass will be hosted by local winemakers and sommeliers and includes tastings of five of Canberra District Rieslings. Each session is informative, educational, and conducted in small, seated groups.
