Join the team at Poachers Pantry in Smokehouse Restaurant on Saturday the 20th of July to enjoy the Canberra Region’s most sought after winter ingredient, the truffle!

Executive Chef, Adam Wilson has created a sensational four course menu paired with Poachers Vineyard wines. Featuring award winning Terra Preta Truffles and Blue Frog Truffles.
